Zydeco in Bayou Country

Zydeco is well known in South Louisiana,as well as in New Orleans,which is probably best known for Jazz and Blues then any other forms of music.One my favorite types of music is Cajun Zydeco.

This type of music has spread through out the United States,from New York City to Seattle ,Washington it has spead as far as Australia and the United Kingdom.

It is an accordion-based musical genre hailing from the prairies of south-central and southwest Louisiana.It is influenced by traditional Cajun music,Caribbean music and blues.

Anyone who has heard and danced to this type of music will know why it is so popular.Zydeco and the Cajun two step seem to be made for each other,I personally love it,so please try it if you get the chance.
